Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team on-site at our New Delhi office. In this role, you will build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, manage volunteer programs, and facilitate communication between EduSkills and its stakeholders. You will also develop and implement outreach strategies to strengthen engagement with educational institutions, faculty, students, and other partners while ensuring the organization’s mission is effectively conveyed in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Community Outreach and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in Volunteer Management and team Cooperation initiatives
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in nonprofit or educational outreach is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Communications, Education, or a related field
