Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR CoE - Operations role with a focus on Workday, based in Bengaluru. The chosen candidate will drive HR operational excellence, support Workday implementation and maintenance, and ensure alignment with organizational HR strategies. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, monitoring employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and contributing to HR process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR operational roles is preferred
