HR Business Partner -Team LeadIron Systems, Incfull-timeRequired skillscommunication skillscompliancecontract managementemployee engagementpolicy developmentproject managementAbout the role Iron Systems, Inc Website: ironglobal.com Job details: OnboardingJob DescriptionManaging and supervising onboarding formalities for new hires, including W2, 1099, and vendor workers.Contract management in accordance with US compliance regulations for exempt and non-exempt employees.Knowledge of documents like I-9, E-Verify, W9, W4, T4, etc.Working closely with key stakeholders (Project Managers Legal, Compliance, Accounts) to complete clientFacilitating meetings and preparing relevant documentation and dataConducting HR Orientations, Offboarding, Employee pulse checks, employee investigations, and employee engagement Policy Development And ImplementationConduct refresher training sessions on HR and business policies for employees.Effectively communicate business policies to both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.Develop and enforce workplace policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards.Serving as a subject matter expert on client and employee-related policies and procedures.Process Improvements & Initiatives Review existing HR processes (onboarding, payroll, engagement, offboarding) Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and duplication.Suggest new initiatives and process ImprovementDesign and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Drive process standardization across teamEmployee Engagement & Employee RelationsAttrition Analysis and Worker Data analysisRolling out quarterly employee satisfaction Surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.Implement strategies to enhance workplace morale and reduce turnover.Periodic Training activities and refresher training courses for employees.Initiatives for employee motivational & recreational activities, retention strategiesSalary & Compensation BenefitsPayroll Management ensuring US laws like FMLA, FLSA, California state laws, etc.Managing & coordinating with payroll third-party vendors for payroll-related matters, LOA, and health benefits.Grievance & Conflict ManagementAddress employee demands, grievances, and conflicts and work toward resolutions, ensuring.Positive work environment.Ensure the proper closure of grievances, including final closure reports.Experience & Qualifications8-12 years' total experience in a dynamic and challenging professional environmentProblem solving, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcel skills include VLook up, XLookup, Pivot, and formulas.Demonstrates keen attention to detail and rigorous data management practicesExperience in project management and delivery is preferred.MBA in HR or a degree in Psychology is preferred Click on Apply to know more.
