Location: Bangalore
Qualification: MSW(HR) preferably, but candidates with relevant experience can be considered if the Edu Qualification is not matched.
Experience: 2-5 Years Years in handling Factory/S&E Licenses, CLRA, Contract labour etc.
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Must have experience in Liaising with govt authorities like labour/PF/ESIC/BBMP etc.
- Must have hands-on experience in handling Factory/S&E Licenses(New/renewals)
- Well versed with all labour laws
- Must be able to read, write and speak Kannada
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all applicable Labour Law compliance for the assigned Locations including the Licenses and registrations as per the requirement.
- Accountable for compliance - co-ordinate with compliance vendor/labour authorities and central team to ensure the same.
- Assisting in recruiting Delivery / Plant workforce as per the business requirement.
- Systematic on-boarding for on-roll and off roll workforce.
- Ensuring correct documentation and coordinating with the headquarters on Salary inputs and other benefit deployment.
- Handling employee grievance
- Responsible for end to end employee life cycle management for the assigned regions.
