About the Role:
We’re looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (Founder’s Office) who will work directly with the founder to build and scale the company’s people function from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role combining HR, operations, and strategic execution.
You won’t just “manage HR” — you’ll design scalable processes, solve problems, and drive execution across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing to closure)
- Drive performance management (KPIs/OKRs, reviews)
- Handle payroll and coordinate with finance
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create and maintain HR docs, policies, and records
- Support founder on strategy, operations, and execution
Qualifications:
- B.Com / BBA / BA or relevant field (Final-year students with NOC can apply)
- 0–2+ years of experience (prior HR/internship experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal, English)
- Strong ownership, execution ability, and attention to detail
Good to Have:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & Power BI
- Some kind of previous Technical Hiring Experience
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and systems
- Exposure to Accounting , Finance and Marketing functions
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working across multiple domains in a startup
Working Details:
- Location: Bhosari, Pune (On-site, Full-time)
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
