Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner based in Muzaffarpur. The HR Business Partner will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and facilitate employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing performance appraisal systems, providing support to employees and management on HR-related issues, and driving initiatives to improve the organizational culture and employee engagement. The individual will collaborate with various departments to meet workforce development goals and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources management
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and managing workplace communication
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance
- Skills in Performance Management and employee appraisals
- Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-growing and diverse business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
