About The Team
You will be part of a high-impact team that partners closely with Solifi’s global engineering and products teams and other business functions. The team plays a critical role in shaping the company’s growth journey by building scalable people practices, enabling leaders, and fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
We operate in a fast-paced, product-led environment where agility, data-driven decisions, and strong collaboration are key. The team is lean, strategic, and embedded with business stakeholders—focusing not just on HR processes, but on partnering with the business to solve problems and build culture.
About the Position As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to the chief technology officer (CTO), chief product officer (CPO) and leadership teams across their organizations to drive the people strategy. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will work closely with senior leaders to design org structures, improve team effectiveness, in alignment with Solifi’s strategy and goals. The position demands a proactive approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while scaling teams and processes.

In this role, you will partner closely with business and functional leaders to translate organizational goals into impactful people strategies that drive growth and team effectiveness.
You will play a key role in shaping org structures, enabling workforce planning, and ensuring teams are designed to scale efficiently in a fast-paced product environment.
You will partner with leaders and HR colleagues to deliver effective performance management and calibration processes, while also building strong succession pipelines and identifying high-potential talent across teams.
A significant part of your role will involve coaching managers and leaders on improving team performance, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making.
You will actively contribute to building a strong employee experience by driving engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of feedback and accountability, and addressing employee concerns with a balanced, business-first approach.
You will also handle sensitive employee relations matters with maturity and confidentiality, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Working closely with the talent acquisition team, you will support hiring strategies and workforce plans. You will also focus on onboarding effectiveness, internal mobility, and career development frameworks to retain and grow talent within the organization.
Additionally, you will leverage data and analytics to monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends, using these insights to influence leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Your ability to combine data with business context will be critical in identifying opportunities and proactively solving people-related challenges.
About You
- 8+ years of HR experience with at least 4 years in an HRBP role
- Exposure to supporting Product, Engineering, or Tech teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR to business outcomes
- Demonstrated success delivering results in a matrix organization
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a global team
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for building culture and enabling people success
