The ideal candidate will be a high-impact HR professional who acts as a strategic bridge between business goals and people operations. You will take full ownership of the Karnataka region, managing everything from executive stakeholder relationships to ground-level employee engagement. We are looking for a proactive leader who is comfortable with regional travel and possesses a deep understanding of the local workforce landscape.

*Responsibilities:*

* Act as a dedicated HRBP for all business lines in Karnataka, aligning human capital strategies with BFSI business objectives.

* Employee Relations: Lead end-to-end grievance management, conflict resolution, and formal employee investigations.

* Drive proactive talent acquisition and maintain strong, influential relationships with regional stakeholders.

* Travel across various locations to build authentic connections with employees and foster a "people-first" culture.

* Ensure all HR activities meet legal standards and industry-specific regulations to minimize organisation risk.


* Full-time MBA or equivalent post-graduation is mandatory.

* Minimum 5 years of core HR experience, specifically within the BFSI industry.


*Language (Mandatory)*: Must be fully proficient in Kannada (Read, Write, and Speak). This is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

* Proficiency in Hindi or other South Indian languages is a significant advantage.

* Strong business acumen, highly approachable, and a proven track record in stakeholder management.
