Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive/HR Specialist /Business Partner, located in Rajkot. The role involves supporting and strengthening core HR processes including employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior HR leadership to ensure effective implementation of HR systems, adherence to policies, and smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role requires a practical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to handle situations with maturity.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/structured organizations)
- Experience in handling employee relations, grievances, or discipline-related matters
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Exposure to HRMS, payroll, attendance, or performance management systems
- Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA (Full Time)
- This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong HR fundamentals in systems, governance, and employee relations while working closely with experienced leadership.
- Strong expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law compliance
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Performance Management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the dairy or agricultural industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
