We are looking for a strategic yet execution-driven HR leader who has scaled teams in high-growth SaaS/startup environments. This role will own the entire HR function from talent acquisition and employer branding to performance management and culture building. You will work closely with founders and leadership to build a scalable, high-performance organization.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
- Build and execute hiring strategy for rapid scale (tech + non-tech roles).
- Create strong sourcing engines across platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and niche hiring channels.
- Design structured hiring processes (scorecards, assessments, fast closures).
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and org design.
HR Strategy And Organization Building
- Define HR roadmap aligned with business growth goals.
- Set up scalable HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
- Drive org structure design, role clarity, and reporting frameworks.
Performance Management And Culture
- Build KPI/OKR-based performance systems.
- Drive high-performance culture with accountability and ownership.
- Design reward, recognition, and retention strategies.
Employee Experience And Engagement
- Own employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention.
- Build feedback loops, surveys, and action frameworks.
- Ensure a strong employer brand in the startup ecosystem.
HR Operations And Compliance
- Set up HRMS systems and automate processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
- Handle compensation benchmarking and payroll oversight.
Leadership And Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership.
- Coach managers on hiring, performance, and team management.
- Build and lead the HR team.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of HR experience.
- Strong experience in SaaS / startup environments (Series A-C or scaling phase).
- Proven track record of scaling teams from 50 to 200+ employees.
- Deep expertise in: Talent acquisition, Performance management, and Org design.
- Strong execution mindset (not just strategy).
Good-to-Have
- Experience working with government or regulated sectors (HealthTech, FinTech, etc. ).
- Exposure to fast-paced, founder-led organizations.
