Summary:
The HR Business Partner (AVP/DVP level) will serve as a strategic advisor to certain business leaders, aligning HR strategies with their business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and growth. This role will cover end to end HR delivery. The incumbent will act as a change agent and trusted partner to business leadership, ensuring a high-performance, inclusive, and agile work environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 3–4 years as HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
- Experience in handling a team is preferred
- Exposure to multi-location or matrix organizations is an added advantage
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, policies, and best practices
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (India-specific)
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data interpretation
- Understanding of organizational design and change management
Skills:

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution
