About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data sets, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, medical professionals, and management to improve our digital health solutions and optimize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of healthcare data standards, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably within a digital health or health tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance digital health solutions based on data-driven insights.
- Support clinical and operational teams in understanding data metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Participate in the development of predictive models and algorithms to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare data analysis.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.
