About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at HEALTHUNBOX PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data sets, deriving actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare systems, data analytics, and statistical tools, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data privacy laws is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data into clear insights are crucial. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are also important. Prior experience working with electronic health records (EHR), claims data, or clinical databases will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives and improve patient care.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with clinical teams, product managers, and IT staff to define data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.

Conduct statistical analyses and modeling to support research initiatives, quality improvement projects, and operational strategies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare analytics to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies as needed.
