About The Role
We are looking for a high-ownership HRBP who can operate at the intersection of
Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role will be part of the central People team and will work closely with business leaders to
hire right, hire fast, and build strong people processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a
0→1 / scale-up environment, balances execution with structure, and brings strong problem-solving to people challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Central Hiring)
- Own end-to-end hiring for central/corporate roles + critical business positions
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define JDs, and drive closures
- Build strong sourcing strategies across channels (referrals, portals, agencies, campus, etc.)
- Ensure speed + quality of hires, maintaining strong candidate experience
- Track and manage hiring funnel, TAT, and conversion metrics
- Drive employer branding and innovative hiring interventions
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own and streamline employee lifecycle processes (onboarding → confirmation → exit)
- Ensure smooth execution of:
- Documentation & onboarding experience
- Attendance, leave, and policy adherence
- Exit processes & FNF coordination
- Work closely with payroll, compliance, and admin teams to ensure accuracy and timelines
- Drive process improvements and SOP creation for scale
- Business Partnering
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries
- Support business teams on:
- Workforce planning
- Performance conversations
- Employee engagement & retention
- Bring data-backed insights to improve people decisions
- HR Systems & Process Excellence
- Work on HRMS (Keka or similar) for data accuracy and process efficiency
- Maintain dashboards on:
- Hiring metrics
- Attrition
- Attendance trends
- Identify gaps and implement scalable HR processes
MUST-HAVE CRITERIA
- 2–5 years of experience in HRBP / TA + Ops hybrid role
- Strong ownership of end-to-end hiring
- Exposure to HR operations & employee lifecycle management
- High bias for action, speed, and problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in retail / startup / high-growth environments
- Familiarity with HRMS tools like Keka
- Experience in building processes from scratch (0→1 setups)
