We’re looking for a Site HR Leader / HR Business Partner to partner with business leadership, drive strategic HR initiatives, and build a high-performing workforce.
📍 Location: Roza, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Experience: 18–24 Years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
✔ Partner with site leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
✔ Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
✔ Drive Industrial Relations (IR), labour law compliance, and statutory requirements
✔ Lead employee engagement, performance management, and talent development
✔ Oversee employee services including canteen, transport, and workplace facilities
✔ Manage HR budgets while ensuring operational excellence
✔ Collaborate with business and HR teams to build a high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Strong experience in Site HR / Manufacturing HR leadership
🔹 Expertise in Industrial Relations & Labour Compliance
🔹 Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders
