Mangalore) Location: Bangalore (Managing Amarnath & Mangalore sites) Budget: ₹20–25 LPA Qualification: MSW / MBA / PGD in HR or equivalent Experience: 12–15 years (Factory / Manufacturing exposure preferred) Language Requirement: Kannada – Mandatory Tulu – Advantage Reporting To: CHRO Role Type: Individual Contributor Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Role Purpose To drive the people agenda across two manufacturing locations by partnering closely with business leaders and ensuring effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities (Same scope as Pondicherry HRBP) Floor engagement & Gemba Walk Productivity enhancement programs Employee relations & grievance handling Recruitment & workforce planning 5S & performance efficiency initiatives Employee engagement & committees Shutdown planning Managing people-related business challenges Compliance & IR management
