5️⃣ HR Business Partner – Bangalore (Managing Mumbai + Mangalore)
Location: Bangalore (Managing Amarnath & Mangalore sites)
Qualification: MSW / MBA / PGD in HR or equivalent
Experience: 12–15 years (Factory / Manufacturing exposure preferred)
Language Requirement
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Tulu – Advantage Reporting To: CHRO Role Type: Individual Contributor Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
🎯 Role Purpose
To drive the people agenda across two manufacturing locations by partnering closely with business leaders and ensuring effective workforce management.

(Same scope as Pondicherry HRBP)
- Floor engagement & Gemba Walk
- Productivity enhancement programs
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- Recruitment & workforce planning
- 5S & performance efficiency initiatives
- Employee engagement & committees
- Shutdown planning
- Managing people-related business challenges
- Compliance & IR management
