Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site HR – Business Operations role based in South Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities. The HR – Business Operation professional will support the implementation and communication of HR policies, oversee employee benefits administration, and maintain accurate personnel records. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads for manpower planning, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role also requires ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, preparing HR reports and dashboards, and contributing to process improvements that support the centre’s growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation, including familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits, including leave, attendance, and compensation-related coordination.
- Competence in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records, handling queries, and supporting a positive work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management software.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, ethical approach to confidential information.
