Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) & Business Development Executive Intern. The intern will assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, as well as contributing to employer branding initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will support business development efforts, including lead generation, client relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resource Development, Training & Development, and HR Management.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Experience or interest in Employer Branding to enhance organizational reputation and attract top talent.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
