Role Description
ParthTech Media Private Limited is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and career-oriented HR cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a career in HR, client coordination, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding projects and requirements.
- Handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Present company services confidently through calls and meetings.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain client records.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with employees and clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer experience.
Required Skills
- English speaking and communication skills.
- Good presentation and sales pitching skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 0–1 Year
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in HR, Sales, or Business Development is a plus.
