Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Business Development Trainee who will support both people operations and growth initiatives. This is a dual-function role ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how agencies scale teams while simultaneously driving client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interviewing)
- Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Help manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Business Development (BD):
- Act as the central point-of-contact (POC) for our Business Development activities (Coordination with leads, BD agencies, and sharing of information or proposals when required)
- Assist in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Support in creating pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain and update lead databases efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Interest in both HR functions and business development/strategy
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach and professional communication
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
- Prior internship experience in HR, sales, or marketing is a plus
