Role Overview
The Founding HR Business development lead will build and manage the employer, and talent function of Dubai Gini from Day 1. This is not a traditional HR administration role; it is a strategic, founding-level position responsible for building the company’s hiring systems, culture foundation, talent pipeline, and operational workforce structure as Dubai Gini scales across multiple verticals.
This role works directly with the founder on recruitment strategy, organizational structure, employer onboarding, operational processes, and long-term workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete talent acquisition and hiring strategy for Dubai Gini and onboarded partner companies, specially for Gulf Countries.
- Build and manage recruitment systems across multiple sectors including marketing, operations, travel, real estate, business setup, and corporate hiring.
- Develop relationships with companies and onboard them onto the Dubai Gini Jobs platform for hiring support.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and candidate communication.
- Support partner companies with talent acquisition, workforce planning, and hiring coordination.
- Build structured HR workflows, recruitment pipelines, and operational hiring systems for a fast-scaling startup environment.
- Maintain candidate databases, hiring reports, and recruitment operations for the Dubai Gini Jobs segment.
- Work closely with the founder on team expansion, hiring strategy, and building a strong employer brand for Dubai Gini.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Prior experience with startups, recruitment firms, consulting companies, or fast-growth businesses preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring pipelines and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of hiring strategy, candidate evaluation, and team-building processes.
- Ability to think long-term and build scalable systems, not just fill positions.
