We’re Hiring: HR / Branch Head
📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab
Glen is looking for a strong, experienced leader to manage recruitment, employee operations, and team development.
We are expanding our teams across multiple departments and need someone who can take ownership of hiring and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and hire staff across multiple departments.
Manage employee relations, HR operations, and workforce coordination.
Support teams working in dispatch, software, website development, marketing, and other functions.
Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to employees.
Coordinate closely with our Canada-based team.
Work flexible shifts, primarily night shifts, to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Requirements
Mandatory corporate work experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good people skills to manage all kinds of staff- technical and non technical
Proven experience in recruitment and employee management.
Ability to manage multiple teams and work across different shifts.
A proactive, hands-on approach to building and developing teams.
Compensation
💰 Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
