Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR role based in Mumbai. The HR professional will be responsible for managing and implementing HR strategies, developing and enforcing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Additional responsibilities include handling recruitment processes, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulation.
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the hiring and selection process
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees
- Conduct induction sessions
- Ensure completion of documentation and joining formalities
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Promote a positive work culture
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Maintain performance records
- Support managers in employee evaluations
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure HR policies are updated and implemented
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data
- Assist in audits and compliance-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in HR or Applied Psychology
- 0–2 years of experience (for entry-level role)
