Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR professional at Khashsoft. The HR team member will be responsible for managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, administering employee benefits, and addressing personnel management tasks. The role will require close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive workplace environment, and support the company's talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) core practices, including talent acquisition and retention
- Experience in HR Management and crafting/implementing employee-centered HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and their administration
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and conflict resolution techniques
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in software development or IT services is a plus
