Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather, festival etc.
- Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc.
- Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required
- Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office
- Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc.
Basic Qualification And Skill
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ER, compliance will be added advantage
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic.
- Consistent effort, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
- Effective team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
