About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in core HR operations and recruitment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding)
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll inputs and attendance management
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are maintained
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations and/or recruitment
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
