Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Associate located in Vasai. The HR Associate will handle daily HR functions, including managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, overseeing training and development programs, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to HR policies, maintaining employee records, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to a productive work environment. The role requires collaboration with team members to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Training & Development, including onboarding and professional growth programs
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with employees and stakeholders effectively
- Organizational and time-management skills to track and manage routine HR processes
- Prior experience as an HR professional in recruitment, employee relations, or human capital management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
