HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Work Type: On-site | Full-time

6 Month Contract Role

Stipend - ₹10,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Headhunting & Sourcing

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and social media using Boolean search techniques.

- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to craft outreach messages and accelerate sourcing.

- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates.

Database Management

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/database with status and communication history.

- Track recruitment metrics and generate pipeline reports.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews and send timely confirmations and reminders to all parties.

- Collect and compile interviewer feedback after each round.

Interviewing Candidates

- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and cultural fit.

- Share shortlisted candidate summaries with the hiring team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0 - 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment.

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and MS Office.
