Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant/Executive at Aprazer Healthcare, located in New Delhi. The role involves providing support to Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and compliance documentation. Collaboration with multiple teams to contribute to a positive, productive work environment will be a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics.
· Employee Records
Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical).
Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits.
Support exit formalities and documentation.
· HR Operations
Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and compliance reports.
Employee Engagement
Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
Support internal communication and grievance handling.
Compliance & Reporting
Required Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR pharma/healthcare exposure preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR software (HRMS, payroll systems).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
