About The Role
Krolog - Amazon SPN is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support our HR management team in a variety of administrative and operational functions. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining and updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting with benefits administration, and supporting recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Additionally, the role involves coordinating employee training initiatives, ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment, helping to streamline HR processes and enhance employee engagement across the organization.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess a solid understanding of Human Resources practices, including HR management and policy implementation. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and database management is essential for maintaining employee records and processing HR data efficiently. Experience in benefits administration and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and effective time-management abilities. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards will be considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in an HR or administrative role will be beneficial, but motivated entry-level candidates with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
