Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for daily HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and assisting in payroll management. Additional tasks involve maintaining compliance with labor laws, assisting with employee engagement programs, coordinating training sessions, and addressing employee queries to ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee engagement activities
- Knowledge of compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in the HR domain
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining personnel records and managing payroll
- Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HR software, tools, and platforms is advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and deliver in a fast-paced environment
