Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an HR Assistant. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, coordinating with multiple project sites, and supporting ongoing recruitment activities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, data management, and basic HR process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site HRs to collect and manage staff and labour attendance
- Maintain weekly labour strength data per contractor for fooding/allowance tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR data across all project sites
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain centralized HR records
Compliance & HR Processes
- Handle ESIC and PF enrollment, documentation, and tracking
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements
- Maintain employee records and support audits/documentation
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring tracker
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Support performance tracking and basic performance management processes
Qualifications
- Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, PF, and ESIC
- Experience in employee coordination and basic conflict handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred
- Experience in construction / engineering industry
- Exposure to labour or contractor workforce handling
- Exposure to multi-site workforce management
- Familiarity with HR software/tools
