We’re hiring HR Apprentices who are enthusiastic, organized, and eager to start their career in Human Resources. This apprenticeship is designed for fresh postgraduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HR operations
- Assist in HR policy documentation and compliance tasks
- Research HR trends, industry practices, and employee experience initiatives
Who Can Apply:
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Freshers who have completed or are pursuing a Master’s degree (MBA in HR, MA in Psychology, or related fields preferred)
- Passionate about building a career in Human Resources
- Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills

- Available to start immediately or within short notice
