We are looking for an organized, people-oriented HR and Team Manager Intern to help us build and lead the talented teams driving our growth.
The Role
As an HR and Team Manager Intern, you are the backbone of our operational culture. You won't just be "filing paperwork"; you will be responsible for finding talent, streamlining internal communications, and ensuring our team stays motivated and on track. This role is a blend of talent acquisition, organizational strategy, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for our clothing and fitness wings.
- Onboarding & Training: Create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and interns, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between the founding team and various departments, ensuring tasks are being met and deadlines are respected.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring team KPIs and providing feedback to ensure high productivity and morale across the brand.
- Culture Building: Help develop internal policies and engagement initiatives that make Sridaya a great place to work.
- Administrative Support: Maintain employee records and manage internal documentation for the manufacturing and retail teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Strong interpersonal skills- you are a "people person" who can resolve conflicts and motivate others.
- High level of organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates.
