Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR and Sales role located in Chennai. The individual in this position will manage key HR functions such as developing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and implementing HR Policies.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across teams.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Chennai.
- Familiarity with Indian government hiring policies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
