Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment delivery, and team engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across departments (Marketing, Operations, Factory, Creative, Tech, Finance)
Drive hiring targets with defined timelines
Build strong candidate pipelines for startup-scale hiring needs
Partner with leadership for priority hiring closures
Improve hiring turnaround time and quality benchmarks
HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage complete employee lifecycle management
Handle onboarding to exit processes
Maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance
Ensure smooth coordination across departments
Oversee attendance, leave, and employee records
HR Business Partnering (HRBP Role):
Work closely with department heads on team structure planning
Support leadership in organizational scaling
Resolve employee concerns proactively
Drive performance culture aligned with business goals
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Strengthen startup culture and retention strategies
Implement engagement initiatives across teams
Support internal communication and collaboration
Team Management:
Manage HR executives, recruiter, and interns
Improve recruitment productivity and delivery timelines
Build scalable hiring processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must have prior experience in a D2C brand / startup / consumer business
Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment ownership
Ability to manage hiring targets and closure timelines
Experience handling HR operations + HRBP responsibilities
Comfortable working in fast-growth, execution-driven environments
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead and mentor a small HR team
