Job Title: HR and Operations Manager
Location:
Near Worli Naka, South Mumbai
Work Mode: Onsite only (No Hybrid / WFH)
Schedule: 5 Days (Mon–Fri), Night Shift 7 PM to 4 AM
Role Overview
We are seeking a battle‑ready Operations Manager who can take full charge from Day One. This leader must be capable of building a team from scratch, driving operational excellence, and navigating the complexities of US healthcare staffing with confidence. The role demands resilience, sharp business acumen, and the ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and scale operations from the ground up
- Lead recruitment, training, and team development initiatives
- Own P&L management and enforce operational strategies, SOPs, and reporting standards
- Drive client communication, negotiations, and relationship management with US‑based healthcare clients
- Ensure seamless execution within MSP/VMS frameworks
- Develop and implement training models to strengthen workforce capability
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in recruitment and operations strategy
- Strong command over P&L management and reporting structures
- Solid understanding of US culture and healthcare client expectations
- Familiarity with hospital settings and healthcare staffing (USA only)
- Knowledge of MSP/VMS business models
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to US staffing operations
- Ability to design and execute training programs for diverse teams
- Track record of building high‑performing teams under demanding conditions
