HR & Operations Associate – Founder’s Office📍 Worli, Mumbai (In-Office Only)

About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, proactive HR & Operations Associate to work closely with the Founder’s Office.
This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role ideal for freshers/interns or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow quickly.
You’ll be involved across HR, operations, and admin, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while supporting key business activities.
What You’ll Do- Support HR operations (coordination, onboarding, communication)
- Handle admin tasks and day-to-day operations
- Prepare and manage invoices, basic documentation, and trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Founder’s Office on ad-hoc tasks and priorities
- Ensure tasks are executed with speed, accuracy, and ownership
Must-Have Requirements- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- High level of ownership, reliability, and accountability
- Immediate availability
- Must be willing to work full-time from Worli (Mumbai)
