About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Management Trainee to support our HR and Marketing functions. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates who are eager to build hands-on experience in recruitment, people operations, and employer branding initiatives.
Career gaps are welcome if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude and learning mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and screen potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
People Operations
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in HR documentation and record management
- Help in onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinate with internal teams on HR processes
Marketing Support
- Assist in employer branding activities
- Support social media and campaign coordination
- Help in preparing marketing collateral and communications
- Contribute creative ideas for brand visibility
Required SkillsMust-Have
- Smart and presentable with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills in English
- Soft-spoken with good interpersonal diplomacy
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Interest in marketing and branding activities
- Good coordination and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Internship experience in HR or Marketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing
