Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an HR and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, supporting HR management functions, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management. Additionally, the role may involve contributing to marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Lernx programs.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
- Skills and experience in Personnel Management and day-to-day HR operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
