Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Marketing professional based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include managing HR operations such as employee relations, HR policies, and benefits administration while driving marketing initiatives and strategies to enhance brand presence. The role involves recruiting and onboarding employees, organizing company events, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to support organizational goals. The successful candidate will play a dual role in fostering a vibrant workplace culture and promoting the company to external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and the creation and enforcement of HR Policies.
- Experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Marketing knowledge or experience would be an asset, especially in communication and branding strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related area.
- Prior experience in HR or Marketing-related roles is highly preferred.
