Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Compliance Manager/Assistant Manager/Lead. The person will oversee human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role involves ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and various compliance standards, as well as designing and implementing employee development programs. The successful candidate will also collaborate with leadership to drive HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Compliance and Labor Law regulations
- Proficiency in Organizational Development and Employee Training
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in policy formulation and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in a lead HR role, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry, is an advantage
