Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune Division for an HR and Community Manager. The role involves managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee engagement, and building a cohesive workplace culture. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for creating and nurturing community relationships, organizing events, and representing the company in public forums to enhance its community presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance
- Strong skills in community relationship management, event planning, and public representation
- Excellent verbal and written communication, alongside organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Relevant experience in community management or public relations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
