Role Description
This is a full time work from office role for an HR and Admin Senior Executive, based in Mumbai. The candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, assist with implementing HR policies, manage employee relations, and support other administrative tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources
- Knowledge of Zoho People
- Knowledge and skills in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- A strong understanding of core Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in basic office tools and HR software is a plus
- Relevant coursework or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
