We’re Hiring: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Infopark, Kochi
At Tranzmeo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our growing team and drive our people and workplace initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll and administrative activities
Drive learning & development initiatives
Requirements:
7–10 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an IT company
Strong experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
