Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Admin Manager located in Kota. The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will also oversee administrative functions, ensure compliance with organizational policies, handle documentation, and coordinate with various departments. The role involves strategic planning to optimize HR and administrative processes, fostering a positive workplace environment, and ensuring seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Administrative skills, including documentation, compliance management, and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee engagement and conflict resolution
- Strategic planning and organizational skills to manage workflows efficiently
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in using HR software and office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in infrastructure or construction industry is a plus
- Having Proper knowledge of Labour Compliance and PF ESIC Statuory
- Having 4-5 years of experience
Salary- 25,000-30,000 Per Month
Location- Corporate Office Deoli
