Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in HR/Management and possess strong organizational, communication, and people management skills. along with sound knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and office administration. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, compliance management, training initiatives, and smooth day-to-day office operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Employee Records & HR Operations· Maintain employee records, HR databases, and statutory documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Compliance & Statutory Management· Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain records and filings under PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other applicable acts.
Employee Engagement, Performance & Development· Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
- Organize and coordinate employee skill development, training, and learning initiatives.
Administration & Facility Management· Oversee office administration, facility management, and day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office assets, infrastructure, records, and administrative filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support.
Required Skills:· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Good coordination and employee relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems and payroll processes will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Master’s degree is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration functions.
- Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
