Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR operations along with office administration activities. The candidate should possess good communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Handle attendance and leave records
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
- Manage office administration and vendor coordination
- Maintain office inventory and supplies
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
