Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain payroll coordination and attendance records
Support training and development programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of HR experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and related software
Industry experience in Valves Manufacturing or Foundry/Castings, managing more than 50 people
